Refunds & Exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges for all our goods. This policy last for 14 days on the receipt of your items.
If you’ve received goods that are faulty, please contact us immediately so we can fix it ASAP. We require clear images of the goods in their unworn and unwashed condition showing the defects. We will be responsible for the cost of all shipping.
If you’ve received goods that you want to exchange for whatever reason, the goods are to be unused, unwashed, with original labels and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of all shipping and an additional restocking fee of $9.99 for each item.
It is strongly recommended to return goods with postage that offers a tracking method or return receipt request such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. If a non-trackable shipping method is used, we are not responsible for items that are not received and will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
Some goods such as lingerie, undergarment and panties are not exchangeable due to hygiene purposes.
